What does the HOA do?
The HOA supports common neighborhood interests, maintains shared areas such as the entrance features and landscaping, administers assessments, and carries out responsibilities assigned by the governing documents.
Who's on the HOA board?
At this time, the HOA is managed by Brandon Thomas, David Figueroa, Matt Martinez, Ryan Ingole, and Dave Miller. More details on board roles and elections coming soon.
Where can I read the neighborhood covenants?
Open the Crescent Oaks Restrictive Covenants - Resident Reference Edition. It is a readable convenience transcription. The recorded original and recorded amendments control.
Do exterior changes require approval?
Some buildings, structures, exterior alterations, drainage changes, fences, sheds, recreational structures, and similar projects require written architectural approval before work begins. Review the resident covenants, then go here to kick off the process of changing or adding something on your property.
How often does the HOA meet?
The covenants call for an annual organizational meeting after turnover. The Board also aims to meet at least once a month to discuss operational topics. Confirmed dates, notices, summaries, and available notes will be posted on the Board Meetings page.
How do I ask a question or raise a concern?
Email board@crescentoakssb.com. Include your name, property address, the issue or question, and any helpful photos or documents. Resident and property information should not be posted publicly.
Are all HOA records public?
No. The site will publish resident-facing records that are appropriate for public access. Financial, legal, owner, payment, architectural-case, and other sensitive records may require controlled access or may not be public.
How do I update my household contact information?
Use the HOA’s secure resident contact form to share a current email address, phone number, or household contact change.
What should I do before hiring a contractor or buying materials?
Start with the Property Projects process. Gather the project details, plans, materials, colors, and location information that apply to your project, then wait for written approval before work begins.
Where can I find board meeting notes and HOA news?
Visit the Board Meetings page for meeting notices, summaries, and available notes. Check News for official neighborhood updates from the HOA Board.
How do I report a common-area maintenance concern?
Email board@crescentoakssb.com with the location, a short description, and any helpful photos. Do not include another resident’s private information.
